Alex Stamatellos was born and raised in Lindos Rhodes. From a young age he was interested in jewellery and traveled to several countries to get ideas for his own store. His father already had a Taverna in an old wine press in Lindos, so in the late 1970’s Alex took it over and converted it into a beautiful jewellery shop keeping the old press as a central feature.
Alex has had great success in the jewellery business so then he opened in the early 1990’s a second store in Pefkos, and after that two very popular restaurants in Lindos, one on the small beach and one in the center of the village.
His experience and passion for his work has made him one of the most respected jewelers on the island. The lindos shop is situated very near the church on the road to the Acropolis.
